Recently, the actress achieved the Champions of Change Telangana 2021 award. On this occasion, she shared her delight with her fans on social media by posting a picture of her with the medal she was awarded. This award is bestowed for selfless community service and social development the actress took over through her NGO Pratyusha Support.

The Champions of Change Telangana awards distribution ceremony was organised on 25th February in Hyderabad. It is a state version of Champions of Change National award which honours the great work done by eminent personalities and organisations for promoting the values of courage, community service and inclusive social development. TRS MP Santhosh Kumar, founder and chairman of My Home Group of Companies Dr. Rameshwar Rao Jupalli is among the others who received the award.
