Ticket price reduction in Andhra Pradesh has become an unconcluded discussion both in the industry and in the public for many days. Some agreed with the decision of the AP Government and some disagreed. The group of people who were against the decision said that the Telugu Film industry and the Exhibitors committee would face many problems if the ticket prices were reduced. But the Government too had a valid argument from their side saying that their intention is to make the films available for every poor man so that they can afford to buy a ticket. Between all these arguments and discussions, Megastar Chiranjeevi met AP Chief Minister YS Jagan on this issue today.
Firstly, YS Jagan needs to be appreciated for inviting Chiranjeevi for lunch in this festival season. Chiranjeevi too felt so happy for this special gesture. They both had a one to one meeting about the ticket price issue. It was known from the sources that Chiranjeevi spoke to Jagan about the problems of the Telugu Film Industry, exhibitors committee and theatre owners in the current situation. Jagan too received them with a kind heart and would like to forward them to his committee members.

It is expected that Jagan would like to take the opinions of Chiranjeevi into consideration and then make a final draft of his decision. Chiranjeevi along with a few others from the industry would be invited again for the final meeting within a few weeks.
Industry people are so happy with this meeting. This would pave a path to create a healthy environment in the industry again.
