Shruti Haasan is one of the popular actresses in South Indian cinema. She is currently basking in the success of Vakeel Saab. Apart from being an actress, Shruti is well known for being a singer and a music composer too. She steadily balances her passion and acting career. In a recent exclusive interview, Shruti spoke about working with Pawan Kalyan in Vakeel Saab and Prabhas in Salaar.
When asked about how she felt acting with Pawan Kalyan in Vakeel Saab (2020,) Shruti replied “It is really a blessing this year after Krack, Vakeel Saab was a massive hit. Even though I had a small role in Vakeel Saab, I felt very happy with the response received. Pawan Sir is magical on screen and the audience connect to him in a real way. Acting with him feels always special and lovely. I have a soft spot for him since our first collaboration in Gabbar Singh (sic.)”
Shruti is currently working with Prabhas for Salaar and the duo are teaming up for the first time. When asked about Salaar Shruti replied “ Salaar is mounted on a big scale and everything about the film is intense in a good way. Adding further she shared about her working experience with Prabhas “He is genuinely down to earth person and I felt happy working with him. Prabhas is super chilled and always vibrates good energy on sets. Working with someone like him is a good experience(sic.)”

On the professional front, Shruti Haasan recently appeared in a pivotal role for Vakeel Saab opposite Pawan Kalyan and the film broke the box office records. Vakeel Saab will stream on the OTT platform Amazon Prime from April 30th. She is currently filming for Salaar with Prabhas in Telugu and awaiting the release of an upcoming Tamil political thriller titled Laabam with Vijay Sethupathi as the lead.
