Nithiin, who is usually known for comedy and romance genres, will appear in a never seen before role as a prison inmate who is a chess prodigy in the movie titled Check.   The film is directed by Chandrasekhar Yeleti and features Rakul Preet Singh and Priya Prakash Varrier as the female leads.  A trailer for Check was released yesterday evening which gives the viewers a glimpse of how the mental sport of chess is tied to Nithiin’s wrongful incarceration.  As soon as the trailer was released, Check was trending on Twitter with netizens voicing out their opinion on the trailer.
