Rana Daggubati will appear as Bandev in the upcoming film Aranya, which is directed by Prabu Solomon. Rana revealed in a recent interview that Aranya will definitely impress the audience. He said in the interview, “In many places of our country, elephant corridors are being encroached by human settlements. This is a boiling ecological issue currently in our country. Aranya will be based on this and Prabhu made it interesting with the way he narrated it. The film will surely impress the audience (sic.)”
Due to the shutdown of movie theatres for more than 7 months, Aryana has been forced to postpone its releases. Aranya in Telugu, Haathi Mere Saathi in Hindi and Kaadan in Tamil will hit the theatres in January for Makar Sankranti 2021. The movie buffs are eagerly waiting for this movie and it is entirely based on the lives of elephants, which are one of its own kind. Aranya also features Shriya Pilgaonkar, Zoya Hussain, Vishnu Vishal and Raghu Babu will appear in supporting roles in Aranya. The music for Aranya is composed by Shantanu Moitra and the lyrics for the Telugu version are written by Vanamaali. The movie is produced and distributed by Eros International.
