An excited fan of Prabhas asked director Nag Ashwin if he would be giving an update about his upcoming sci-fi #Prabhas21. The Mahanati director promised a killer update to be revealed before Prabhas’ itself. He said due to Coronavirus, the shoot will take a lot of time so the birthday surprise will be something simple. This tweet made the Rebel star fans all happy and excited.

#Prabhas21 will see Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone as the leading lady. The pairing of Prabhas and Deepika is said to be one of the biggest in recent years, considering both the actors have a nationwide reputation for being superstars. Recently, Singeetam Srinivasa Rao of Aditya 369 fame was even roped in as the mentor of the film, making one wonder if the film will give a nod to the classic. The film is eyeing for an April 2022 release.
