Vidyullekha Raman is a comedian who mainly acts in Tollywood movies. Raman made a name for herself with her witty dialogue delivery and situational humour and with the movie audience demanding more versatile comedy, Raman has fit the bill perfectly. Vidyullekha Raman surprised everyone when she announced her engagement (Roka) to Sanjay on her Instagram channel. Sanjay is a ketosis diet instructor and incidentally Vidyullekha has spent long hours grinding during the lockdown to lose a fair bit of weight herself. Raman posted a picture of herself with Sanjay in traditional attire with floral garlands. Raman also reminded everyone they used face masks and only removed it for the picture. The ceremony took place in an intimate gathering limited only to close family members of the bride and groom.

Vidyullekha Raman is not new to cinema as she is the daughter of character artist Mohan Raman. Vidyullekha has done movies in both Tamil and Telugu and has even received a Nandi Award for the Best Female Comedian for her performance in Run Raja Run. Having made her debut with Gautham Menon’s Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu, Vidyullekha made use of her 7 years of theatrical experience to make a name for herself in the movie industry.
In the recent years, Vidyullekha’s performance in movies like Mr. Majnu, Maharshi, Venky Mama and Mathu Vadalara are notable for their perfect comedy timing and action.
