When you hear the name Kichcha Sudeep, his performance in the Rajamouli starrer Eega, comes to mind. Kichcha Sudeep awed everyone with his terrific portrayal as the antagonist in Eega. Sudeep also played the antagonist in the Salman Khan starrer Dabangg 3 and his performance wowed the audience and has also garnered a new fan base in the Hindi speaking regions.
Of late, there have been rumours circulating about Kichcha Sudeep being offered a role in the hugely popular KGF franchise and the role was reportedly said to be that of Adheera, the antagonist which is being portrayed by Bollywood’s Sanjay Dutt. However, Kichcha Sudeep clarified he was never offered any role in KGF in the first place! Sudeep said “I was only approached with an invite to watch the film when KGF: Chapter 1 was complete (sic.)” Moreover, expressing his happiness at Sanjay Dutt playing the role of Adheera, Sudeep said “I am only happy that Sanjay Dutt sir is doing the film KGF: Chapter 2, as I wouldn’t have done what he is capable of (sic.)”

On the professional front, Sudeep will be seen in the upcoming movie Kotigobba 3 and the makers of the film have released a first look poster. The movie was supposed to release in theaters in May, but could not release since the theaters were shut down on the orders of the State and Central governments in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sudeep was also seen in a cameo appearance in Baahubali, where he played the role of a persian weapons trader and was recently seen in the Chiranjeevi starrer Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy as Avuku Raju.
