Twitter Deletes Rajinikanth Janta Curfew Video For Misinterpreting Facts

To control the pandemic Coronavirus, the government has announced a lockdown till 31st of this month including the Telugu states. To show gratitude to every official working despite the deadly virus, Prime Minister Modi had urged the public to stay at home on Sunday and make some sort of sound as an appreciation which is called as a Janta curfew. Many celebrities and the citizens of the nation hugely participated in this Janta curfew and shared it across social media. Rajinikanth also joined the Crusade of celebs who took to social media and extended their support for PM Narendra Modi’s Janta Curfew initiative.

However, his video was immediately pulled down by Twitter after it was found that the video was misrepresenting fans. Now, Rajinikanth took to Twitter and clarified that his statement in the video was misunderstood.

Superstar Rajinikanth joined the Crusade of celebs who took to social media and extended their support for PM Narendra Modi’s Janta Curfew initiative. The Darbar actor also shared a video about it but Twitter deleted it for misrepresenting facts. Twitter deleted two of his videos in which Rajinikanth stated that India is approaching stage 3 transmission of coronavirus and if we support Janta Curfew, it will prevent from spreading the virus.


On the work front, Rajinikanth is currently working on his 168th film with Siruthai Siva. Reports also state that 169th film would be directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and 170th by choreographer turned director Raghava Lawrence. However, Nothing is officially confirmed.
