Dil Raju is a producer who apart from producing commercial movies, also has a place for family entertainers like Shathamanam Bhavati and Fidaa. The producer is remaking the cult Tamil classic, 96 in Telugu with Sharwanand and Samantha Akkineni in the lead.
The title of this remake is revealed now and is Jaanu. The first look poster shows the main couple in an intensely emotional backdrop.
Prem Kumar who directed the original directs Jaanu. The movie will release in late 2020. GovindVasantha, who gave soulful music to the original Tamil version also is the music director for Jaanu
