Swayamvadha is a psychological thriller centered on a rare disease which inflicts pain not only on the affected, but also the family members of the affected. The movie explores the love of nature, the tender feelings of companionship in a relationship between a man and a woman and the extent to which a woman goes if she suffers betrayal at the hands of her lover. This trait in her sets up the whole storyline. Subbarayudu is her lover and he does not reciprocate her love. The way Swayamvadha wins his love makes it a brilliant aspect of this thriller. Review: Archana Kaudly, who plays Swayamvadha, and her younger version, played by Baby Srisha, make a long lasting impression with their intensity in the title role. Posani Krishna Murali, who plays the character of Vikram Reddy, is both hilarious and fun to watch.Posani excels at his comic timing and makes the second half worth watching. All the supporting actors excel in their minimum screen time to make this movie entertaining and gripping. Ramana G. V.’s music is apt for the horror thriller genre of the movie and the dark lighting of Venu Muralidhar enhances the suspense mood of the thriller.
