Simran

Simran (born as Rishibala Navala on 4th April 1976) is an Indian Actress who predominantly worked in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi Cinema. Simran entered into modeling during her college days and is a trained dancer in Bharatanatyam and Salsa. She made her on-screen debut with Hindi film Sanam Harjai in 1995, though the film was a box-office disaster, offers plunged in and appeared in movies like Tere Mere Sapne, Muqaddar, Angaara and Dadagiri but none brought her the stardom.

Simran marked her debut in Telugu films with Abbayigari Pelli in 1997, an average grosser, and went on the deliver one of the biggest hits like Samarasimha Reddy, Narasimha Naidu, Nuvvosthavani, Kalisundarm Raa and Vaali. The beautiful actress has been married to Deepak Bagga had taken a brief gap after marriage and is back with supporting roles now. She, along with her husband had opened a production company by name “Simran & Sons”. She has been paired opposite to all the star heroes in the South and was coveted with many awards for her performances including International Tamil Film Awards for her Kanthil Muthamittal along with Film fare South and Cinema Express Awards.
