Shiva Rajkumar

    Shiva Rajkumar (born as Putta Swamy) is an Indian actor, producer, playback singer and Television presenter primarily known for his works in Kannada Cinema. Shiva Rajkumar is the eldest son Kannada’s matinee idol and superstar Rajkumar of the 1960s and 70s.

    He made on screen debut with “Anand” (1986), a super-hit followed by another 2 super hits that earned him the “Hatrick Hero” title. Shiva Rajkumar’s “Om” directed by actor-director Upendra was a trend setter and said to be a cult-classic which still remains one of his best works.

    Shiva Rajkumar’s youngest brother Puneet Rajkumar is the biggest star hero in Kannada Cinema. “Killing Veerappan” is the latest release movie of Shiva Rajkumar, directed by Ram Gopal Varma, the movie is based on the “Cocoon” operation to trap the India’s most dreaded forest brigand and sandalwood smuggler Veerappan.
