Rashim Rahman popularly known as Rahman and Raghu (in Telugu) is an Indian actor who predominantly work in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films. Rahman was a teenage sensation of Malayalam cinema during the Eighties with his youthful exuberance who made his debut as a lead actor with Koodevide (1983), for which he won his first Kerala State Award for Best Supporting Actor.

Rahman hasn’t had to struggle for the stardom as it came on a platter for him but couldn’t capitalise on the stardom, despite a great fanfare in Malayalam, Rahman shifted focus to Tamil and Telugu cinema during the 90s and earned fame in both the languages.

Some of his better-known movies in Telugu include Bharath Bandh, Govindudu Andarivadele, Billa, Dhairyam, Simha, Oosaravelli and Shatruvu.
