Naresh, a veteran of over 90 films is Telugu film actor and the son of yesteryear’s actress and director Vijaya Nirmala. Naresh made his debut as a child actor with “Rendu Kutumbala Katha” in 1970, followed by the super hit “Pandanti Kapuram” in 1972.

Being appeared as the child artist in 2 movies, Naresh stayed off from the tinsel-town to complete his formal education and marked his debut in the lead role with “Prema Sankellu”. His next film “Nalugu Stambalata” directed by ace director Jandhyala gave him instant recognition and fame which made him the best comic hero of his times alongside Rajendra Prasad. The actor has been awarded the Nandi Award for his performance in critically acclaimed “Sogasu Choodatarama” and Nandi Special Jury Award for the laugh-riot “Chitram Bhalare Vichitram”.

After donning a wide range of roles in movies, Naresh has forayed into the small screen and made his presence felt and has even won the Nandi Award in the TV too for the serial “Munimanikyam Gari Kantham Kadhalu”.

Currently, Naresh has switched to character roles and appeared in movies like “100% Love”, “Andhari Bandhuvaya”, “Drushyam” and “Bhale Bhale Magadivoy”.
