Mohan Krishna Indraganti

    Mohan Krishna Indraganti is an award-winning Indian film director who bagged 11 prestigious awards including National Film Award for Best First Film of a Director for his debut film Grahanam. This award-winning movie Grahanam was also showcased in the Indian Panorama section of the 2005 International Film Festival of India.

    Since Mohan Krishna’s father and grandparents were writers, inclination towards writing has been developed since an early age. Mohan Krishna was a voracious reader who always dreamt of making his ideas get executed well on screen.

    Mohan Krishna Indraganti made his debut as a director with Grahanam, an adaption of yesteryears famous writer Chalam’s Doshagunam. Though the movie was not commercially successful, it brought him widespread recognition and critical acclaim.

    Mohan Krishna Indraganti’s films include Maayabazar, Ashta Chamma, Golconda High School, Anthaka Mundu Aa Tarvatha, Bandipotu, and an untitled upcoming project with Nani as the Hero.
