Mahesh Shankar

Mahesh Shankar is an Indian music composer predominantly working in Telugu films. Mahesh was inclined towards music since childhood and has learnt Carnatic music. After the completion of his masters, Mahesh moved to San Jose, California in search of work.

Mahesh began the career with “ULCA”, followed by another film “Flavors”, an Indian-English film. Director Deva Katta being impressed by his work offered him “Vennela” movie. Though the movie was a super hit and music had left a lasting impact, Mahesh has taken a considerable amount of break from the movie and made the comeback with “Prayanam”.

Mahesh Shankar’s movies include “D for Dopidi”, “Prasthanam”, “Bangaru Kodipetta”, “Inkosaari” and “Varvea”.
