Hanu Raghavapudi

Hanu Raghavapudi is an Indian movie director who predominantly works in Telugu cinema. The fervor for movies that drew him towards the tinsel-town and began his career as an assistant to the filmmaker Chandrasekhar Yeleti. After gaining experience in script writing and stories, Hanu made a short-film “I am famous” in 2007 which won him great applauds and was screened at 8 International film festivals.

However, he has to wait for a couple of years to turn director as his plans with MS Raju and NTR didn’t materialize as expected. Fortunes changed after he met the filmmaker Sai Korrapati who was impressed with the script. Hanu made his directorial debut with “Andhala Rakshashi”, a run-away hit and brought him instant recognition. His second movie “Krishnagadi Veera Premagadh” with Nani is all set for release.
