The upcoming film starring Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu is Kushi, which is a pan-Indian project. This is a new-age romantic love story. The film started production in 2022, but due to a few reasons, the shoot was temporarily halted. Recently, the makers welcomed the lead actress back to the sets on International Women’s Day. Now the shooting is going on with both lead actors. There have been a few limited updates from the makers of Kushi until now.
Recently, the film’s makers announced the release date of Kushi. The romantic entertainer is going to hit theaters on September 1st, 2023. This is announced by the production banner under which the film is produced, Mythri Movie Makers. They have also released a poster in which the lead pair are shown against two different backdrops, reaching out to each other and holding hands. They even quoted the picture as, The Two Worlds Will Meet on September 1st, 2023. The poster features the happy faces of the lead pair with a new essence.

The film Kushi is written and directed by Shiva Nirvana. Naveen Yerneni & Ravi Shankar are producing the film under the banner Mythri Movie Makers. Hesham Abdul Wahab of Hridayam fame is the music composer for the film. This movie also stars Jayaram, Murali Sharma, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, and Srikanth Iyengar in pivotal roles.
