Samantha entered the world of web series with “The Family Man” under the direction of Raj & DK, aka Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK. The series got an amazing response. Samantha actually joined for the second season of this series, starring Manoj Bajpayee. Samantha was seen in the role of Rajalakshmi Sekharan in the series. Raj & DK loved Samantha’s performance as Raji, and they said that they would love to work with the Telugu actress again. The day has now finally come, and the duo casted Samantha again in their upcoming web series under the production of Amazon Studios.
Samantha New Web Series:
Samantha is going to play the female lead alongside Bollywood’s young hero Varun Dhawan in the upcoming web series by Raj & DK. The film is being made as the Indian version of the popular American television series with the same title, Citadel, made by the Russo brothers. The series is currently being shot in Mumbai. The film will next be shot in Serbia and South Africa, for the upcoming schedules.

Citadel is being produced by Gozie AGBO in America. This universe is now coming to India under Raj & DK’s supervision. Samantha is very happy to be a part of this Citadel universe. Indian actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas is featured in this series’ American version.
