Adipurush, the mythological drama based on the heroics of Lord Rama, is the most awaited movie of that genre in India. Prabhas played the role of Lord Rama. Om Raut, one of the top Bollywood filmmakers, directed the film. The film’s elements are drawn from the epic Ramayana. Adipurush was made on a huge budget of around 500 crores. The film is planned to be released in the highest number of theatres ever for an Indian film. The film’s release is also planned to be made in multiple languages, including a few international languages like English, Russian, Chinese, and others. Adipurush is going to be released for Sankranti 2023, dated January 12th. As a result, the creators of Adipurush decided to start promoting this pan-world film during the Dussehra festival season. Adipurush is written and directed by Om Raut. T-Series Films, and Retrophiles together produced the film. Kriti Sanon as Sita, Saif Ali Khan as Ravana, and Sunny Singh as Lakshmana played important roles in the film. Sachet Tandon and Parampara Thakur composed the music for the film. Adipurush will be India’s biggest ever release in multiple languages worldwide on January 12th. The film will also be released in 3D and IMAX.
