Alluri is written and directed by Pradeep Varma. Bekkem Venu Gopal produced the film under the banner of Lucky Media. Kayadu Lohar is the lead actress in the film. Tanikella Bharani and Suman played prominent roles in the film. Harshavardhan Rameshwar composed the music. Raj Thota is the cinematographer, and Dharmendra is the editor.
