The makers of Ponniyin Selvan 1 conducted a grand trailer launch event yesterday to release the official trailer of the film. Ponniyin Selvan 1 trailer gives the audience a brief introduction of all the main characters in the film. Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha Krishnan, and Aishwarya Rai are the central focus in the trailer for their respective roles. Aishwarya Rai seems to have a very important role in terms of the story, as seen in the trailer of the film. It is known to us all that the story of the film Ponniyin Selvan 1 is related to the rise and power of the greatest empire of the South Indian subcontinent from around the 10th century, namely the Chola dynasty. The technical strengths of the trailer are AR Rahman’s background score, Ravi Varman’s cinematography and the VFX from the Red Chillies team.

Ponniyin Selvan is a trilogy film based on the novel by Kalki Krishnamurthy, published in 1955 with the same name. The first part of the film is going to be released on September 30th this year. Madras Talkies and Lyca Productions produced the film. Sri Venkateswara Creations is releasing the film in Telugu.
