Saakini Daakini Has Both Comedy And Action In Equal Proportions: Nivetha Thomas And Regina Cassandra

Saakini Daakini, starring Nivetha Thomas and Regina Cassandra in the lead roles, was announced to be released on September 16th this year. The film is an official remake of the South Korean hit movie Midnight Runners. The teaser for the film Saakini Daakini has been released by the makers already and it has both comedy and action in equal proportions. The film unit of Saakini Daakini has started promoting the film already. The lead actors of the film, Nivetha Thomas and Regina Cassandra, and the director of the film, Sudheer Varma, took part in a press meet recently in Hyderabad and shared a few interesting things about the film.

Nivetha Thomas shared with the press that she enjoyed shooting with Regina on the sets, and the same was reflected in the on-screen chemistry between them in the final output. She revealed that she was getting a lot of appreciation for choosing a script like Saakini Daakini. She is confident that the film will impress the Telugu audience for sure.

Regina Cassandra expressed her gratitude towards the production houses Suresh Productions and Guru Films for keeping faith in her and Nivetha Thomas for the film. She also revealed that the makers took a lot of care in making the changes to the original so as to meet the nativity. Regina also stated that the film will appeal to a wide range of audiences, with a particular focus on women.

Saakini Daakini is directed by Sudheer Varma. Suresh Productions, Guru Films, and Kross Pictures together produced the film. Mikey McCleary composed the music for the film. Richard Prasad is the cinematographer, and Viplav Nyshadam is the editor. Saakini Daakini will be released on September 16th.
