Prabhas, the pan-Indian Telugu actor, has an immense craze and fan following across India in multiple languages. Prabhas played the role of Lord Rama in Adipurush, the epic Hindu mythological film directed by Om Raut. Kriti Sanon shared the screen with Prabhas, playing the role of Sita. The on-screen couple grabbed a lot of applause even before the release of any glimpse, just for the choice made by the makers. Such a huge support the duo Prabhas and Kriti Sanon gained as Rama and Sita respectively. Kriti Sanon in a recent interview with the Bollywood media said that Prabhas is the most apt actor for the role of Lord Rama in Adipurush. Also, she lists a few qualities of Prabhas, besides his nice gesture of sending food to his co-actors. “Prabhas has some purity in his eyes. His eyes are really expressive and we as an audience can feel the same when we see his eyes in the extreme close-up shots in the film. That sense of purity and expressiveness is what made him more suitable for the role. I would love to work with him again for sure,” said Kristi Sanon about Prabhas.
Adipurush was announced to be released for Pongal 2023 on January 12th. Adipurush is the most expensive film made in Indian cinema so far, with a budget of more than 500 crores. T-Series Films and Retrophiles produced the film together. Adipusrush is going to be released worldwide in multiple languages, including some international languages besides Indian languages.
