From creating a sensational trend with the film Arjun Reddy to the upcoming release Liger, Vijay Deverakonda has gone a long way towards success. Today, Liger is going to have a Pan-Indian release and the actor is getting immense love across India with the recently released trailer. The makers of Liger arranged a special trailer launch event for the Hindi trailer release in Mumbai. Ranveer Singh graced the event as the chief guest. After witnessing their bond at the event, many people are wondering if actors Vijay Deverakonda and Ranveer Singh are working on a film together.
Vijay Deverakonda got a very hearty welcome from Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh at the trailer launch event of Liger in Mumbai yesterday. Ranveer Singh praised Vijay Deverakonda a lot for his extreme efforts in the film Liger. The actors even joined together for a few dance moves for the song Akdi Pakdi. The lead actress of the film Liger, Ananya Panday, also joined the actors. Ranveer also changed his dress with Vijay, backstage at the event. Ranveer was so friendly with Vijay throughout the event. Their rapo at the event looked like they were close buddies. All these cute little things raised excitement in the Bollywood media at the event.
In excitement, one of the reporters asked Karan Johar, the producer of the film and the host of the event, about the duo of Vijay Deverakonda and Ranveer Singh making a film together. Karan immediately replied that he would love to direct a multi-starrer movie if the two actors agreed. Karan also said that he is very sure that Ranveer will be very comfortable in a two-hero movie and so Vijay Deverakonda will also be. Karan left that excitement to be continued in public by giving a smart answer. However, with the current commitments of Ranveer Singh and Vijay Deverakonda, the project might not get any shape as of now. But let’s hope that Karan, Ranveer and Vijay will give a thought about it in the near future.
Liger is going to be released on August 25th. Puri Jagannadh is the director of the film. Puri Jagannadh, along with Charmee Kaur, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta, produced the film under the banners of Puri Connects and Dharma Productions. Anil Thadani is distributing the film under the banner of AA Films. Vijay Deverakonda will be promoting the film Liger for the next coming month. Soon after that, he will be joining the production of Kushi, his upcoming film co-starring Samantha. Later, Vijay will team up again with Puri and Charmee for JGM.
