The trailer for Netflix’s most anticipated film, The Gray Man, is out, and it has gone viral all over the world. The film is said to be Netflix’s most expensive flick. With such a power-packed trailer, it had already set the bar high. The actors, Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Dhanush, and Anna de Armas play prominent roles in the film.
However, Dhanush’s fans are a little disappointed that they couldn’t have the visual treat of their favourite actor for more than 2 seconds in the trailer. But not to be disappointed! The directors of the film, the Russo Brothers, assured the audience that Dhanush is playing one of the most pivotal roles in the film. They have stated that, “Dhanush plays one of the top assassins in the world and he’s sent after Ryan’s character in the film. He’s got two incredible fights in the film. Anthony and I are big Dhanush fans and we wrote the role specifically for him. This is a classic badass character who’ll show up to combat the hero and complicate the film.”
They have added that, “He’s a fun character, he’s unique and Dhanush has a really great presence on camera. The character is almost mystical. And the intention is that if the audiences like the film, we expand out the storytelling from here and his character is a fascinating one in the world to move forward.”
The statement by the directors definitely reached the audience through the Twitter space and created a lot of buzz. It appears that they are saving the best for last, and Dhanush’s badass character will only be seen once the film is released. The film will be released on Netflix worldwide on July 22nd, 2022 and the audiences are hoping to see their favourite actor on the international space yet again after his last in 2018 with the film, The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir.
