Major, the film made by actor Adivi Sesh and his team, on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan is going to be released on 3rd June worldwide. The film was shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi and is also going to be released in Malayalam in a dubbed version. So the film is going to be released in 3 languages worldwide. It is also known that the film will be screened at only standard prices without any hike. Now comes another interesting update from the makers. Major is going to have pre release shows 10 days prior to its release.
The makers of Major movie announced on 23rd May officially that the film will be having premiere shows 10 days prior to the release of the film on 3rd June. The film will have these pre release shows in 9 different cities in different theatres across the country. The screenings are going to start from 24th May. This is the first time ever in Indian Cinema for a film to get exclusive pre release screenings 10 days before the release of the film.

The lead actor Adivi Sesh who played the titular role posted about the same on his official Twitter handle. “Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan sir’s story is something that needs to be watched by every Indian. I need to make you feel what we feel about Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan. We have nothing to hide, and everybody to love. See you in your city soon,” wrote Sesh on his Twitter.

Major is directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka. Adivi Sesh himself penned the story and screenplay for the film. Sony Pictures International Productions in association with GMB Entertainment and A+S Movies produced the film. Sri Charan Pakala is the music director. Saiee Manjrekar is the lead actress. Sobhita Dhulipala, Prakash Raj, Revathi, and Murali Sharma played prominent roles in the film.
