Acharya starring Chiranjeevi in the titular role is going to be released on 29th April 2022. Ram Charan played a prominent role in the film as known to us all. Ram Charan said on several occasions that he is very much grateful to the director Siva Koratala for providing him an opportunity to act alongside his father. Siva too said that it was a pleasure for him to watch both the father and the son duo act together before his eyes and the audience would feel the same pleasure when they watch them on the big screen together. Ram Charan shared his memories with Siva Koratala and praised him for creating the character of Siddha in Acharya.
Ram Charan posted a few pictures with Siva Koratala from the sets of Acharya on his Instagram handle. “Man behind Acharya’s Siddha, Siva Koratala,” wrote Ram Charan while attaching the pictures.

It is known from Siva Koratala’s words that Siddha’s character was actually just 15 minutes in the initial development of the script. But, as the script development progressed, Siva found a great scope for the character Siddha and extended its length to 45 minutes. Then, Siva thought that Ram Charan was the perfect choice to play the role. Siva approached Ram Charan and he immediately accepted the role. Later, Chiranjeevi spoke to SS Rajamouli to release Ram Charan for a few days from the sets of RRR and allow him to shoot for Acharya. Rajamouli too accepted Chiru’s request and Ram Charan joined Acharya sets.
Acharya also stars Kajal Aggarwal and Pooja Hegde as the lead actresses alongside Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan respectively. Matinee Entertainments along with Konidela Production Company produced the film. Mani Sharma composed the music for the film. The film is going to hit the big screens on 29th April in the Telugu states.
