KGF Chapter 2 starring Yash and Srinidhi Shetty was released on the 14th of April. Prashanth Neel’s film is getting an immense response and blockbuster talk from the audience across India. The audiences are going mad after experiencing the mass action in the film. Also, the critics and the movie experts expect that KGF Chapter 2 will shatter the previous records for sure. Rocking Star Yash’s screen presence is just lit. Yash offers the audience many styles, swag, and attitudes with KGF Chapter 2. Besides having an amazing screen presence, Yash delivered an outstanding performance too. His performance especially in the action sequences during the face-off with Adheera, played by Sanjay Dutt, in the pre-interval and the climax blocks is truly frightening.
Rocky has an emotional side in the first part which is bound to his mother. But KGF Chapter 2 has built the emotional side of Rocky much further by adding the love of Reena Desai towards him. The aggression of Rocky coming out of the pain of losing his loved one in the pre-climax is simply stunning. Also, revealing Rocky’s thirst for more and more gold and the reason being his mother is so strong. The emotion perfectly worked out at the end of the film.
The scenes between Yash and Raveena Tandon are so powerful, especially when Yash faces her in the Prime Minister’s cabin in the second half and in the Parliament at the end of the film.
The technical aspects of the film including the visuals, background score, production design, visual effects and editing are top-notch. Every aspect is so supportive of Prashanth Neel’s brilliant vision.
Yash’s elevations are the major highlight of the film. As an audience, one will surely feel the high moment in every scene right from the beginning to the end. Even after the death of the lead character Rocky Bhai, the character is still elevated and what can an audience ask for.
Prashanth Neel left scope for another sequel and hope for the audience hinting at the existence and the possibility of KGF Chapter 3 in the future.
As a dialogue delivered by Yash in the film quotes, “I am the CEO of India,” the same can be applied to the film’s reception. “KGF Chapter 2 is the CEO of Indian Cinema currently”.
