Tamil Superstar Thalapathy Vijay is gearing up for the release of his upcoming project Beast . Meanwhile, the movie launching ceremony of his next film, tentatively titled as Thalapathy 66 was organised on a grand scale in Chennai. The project will mark Vijay’s debut in the Telugu industry. Lead pair Vijay and Rashmika, senior actor Sarath Kumar, producer Dil Raju, director Vamshi, music director Thaman and other cast and crew members attended the puja ceremony held today. The regular shoot of Thalapathy Vijay’s next movie also kickstarted.
This Tamil-Telugu bilingual is said to be one of the most-anticipated films of Vijay’s career. The film also stars National Crush Rashmika Mandanna in a lead role. This is the first time for her to share the screen with Vijay. To be directed by Vamshi Paidipally, the movie will be simultaneously shot in Tamil and Telugu. S Thaman is finalised as the music composer and he will be working on Vijay’s film for the first time.

Since the film has been announced it has created a buzz among the fan base. There is no doubt that it is going to be an epic film as Vijay enjoys a massive fan following in the South. The talented crew and extraordinary cast makes this film even special. Alongside Vamshi Paidipally, the story and screenplay are penned by Hari and Ashishor Solomon.
