Suma Kanakala needs no special introduction for the Telugu audiences. She established her own niche with her typical articulation and wit during television shows or movie promotion events.
She gained such recognition to a level where Suma becomes the first choice of the organisers whatever event is. Earlier, Suma acted in a few movies, after which she has been confined to the small screen. Now, she is all set to make a splash on the silver screen as well. Suma is appearing in the lead role of an upcoming Telugu movie titled, Jayamma Panchayathi .
Jayamma Panchayathi is directed by Vijay Kumar. Many songs and teasers of the movie were released and they impressed all while the movie is currently gearing up for its release. Recently, MegaPowerstar Ram Charan released the title and first look poster. On the other hand, Natural Star Nani released the first single and Rana Daggubati released the teaser of the movie. Ace director SS Rajamouli unveiled the title song of Jayamma Panchayathi. The movie makers took to social media and announced April 22nd as the release date of the movie.

Suma plays a typical village woman who is self-centered and doesn’t give a damn about anyone and anything. Along with direction, Vijay Kumar Kalivarapu provided the story, screenplay and dialogues for this Suma re-entry flick. Bankrolled by Balaga Prakash under Vennela Creations, MM Keeravani scored music, while Anush Kumar is the cinematographer for Suma’s Jayamma Panchayathi. The movie unit is planning to intensify the promotions, with release of updates on a regular basis.
