After a long gap, Genelia D’Souza is all set to make a grand comeback to Tollywood. Genelia was approached for a special character in a Telugu-Kannada bilingual film and she accepted. The film is going to start soon.
Tollywood’s top production house Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram is going to launch Kireeti, the son of former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhan Reddy. Radha Krishna is the director. Sree Leela is the lead actress.
Genelia is going to play a crucial role in the film. She attended the pooja ceremony of the film recently. She looks as beautiful as she was once during her early days as an actress in Tollywood. Sharing the pictures on her Instagram handle, the actress wrote, “Today marks my re-entry into South films. A place I call home away from home”.

Also, Genelia spoke about her re-entry at the Pooja Ceremony. “It’s been 10 years since I left acting. Finally I am back with this film. This project is so special to me. I feel like I am making my debut again with Kireeti, as I am coming back to the sets as an actress after ages”.
The pooja ceremony was attended by SS Rajamouli as a chief guest. The film is going to be a youthful family entertainer, as said by the makers. Devi Sri Prasad is taken on board for composing the music.
