Chiranjeevi’s Acharya is the film which is the most awaited by Mega fans, as this will be the first time that Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan to be seen together in full-length roles. It also marks the maiden combo of Chiranjeevi and top class Tollywood director Koratala Siva. In a latest announcement, the makers shared the new poster of Acharya along with the revised release date.

Chiranjeevi as Acharya sported an intense appeal in this poster with a dusty black shirt and trousers. He is all fierce holding the rod in the temple background, which heightens the excitement about the movie.
Acharya movie release was initially scheduled on May 13 last year but was postponed to February 4 this year due to the pandemic. However, the makers on Saturday announced the release had been postponed once again due to the onset of Coronavirus third wave. But to the pleasant surprise, the release date along with Acharya‘s new poster in the fresh announcement let the fans and movie lovers as well go aww.
As per reports, Acharya is a Naxalite-turned-social reformer. This middle-aged protagonist launches a fight against the Endowments Department over misappropriation of temple assets and donations. Trisha Krishnan was initially roped in to play opposite Chiru but Kajal Aggarwal replaced her due to creative differences. Pooja Hedge played the love interest of Ram Charan.
Koratala Siva is best known for films like Mirchi, Srimanthudu, Bharat Ane Nenu and Janatha Garage. Acharya has music score by Mani Sharma and cinematography by S. Thirunavukkarasu.
