Nootokka Jillala Andagadu
Avasarala Srinivas came back as a lead actor after some gap with Nootokka Jillala Andagadu. The film shows the life of a bald guy and how his baldness affected his love and marriage. Avasarala Srinivas gave a convincing performance with his comedy timing. Ruhani and Rohini gave decent performances. The concept looked quite interesting. The film provides the humour we look for.
Tuck Jagadish
One of the biggest films of 2021, Tuck Jagadish was expected to be released in theatres, but it was unfortunately released on OTT. The film shows the internal conflicts and rivalry between the family members of Jagadish. How Jagadish unites them is the rest of the story. Nani gave a terrific and winning performance as Jagadish. His expressions in the sentimental sequences stood out as the highlight of the film. Aishwarya Rajesh played an important role. Jagapathi Babu showed perfect variations. Shiva Nirvana showed his mark in the film. The film was a perfect entertainer filled with emotions.
Maestro
Nithin generated an interest in the audience for his film Maestro, with his promotions. Nithin took up the challenge to perform as a blind person and lived up to his character. Tamannah suited well in a negative role. Singer Mangli made a decent debut. The film is recommended if you have not watched the original.
Gully Rowdy
As promised with some good laughs from the trailer, the film Gully Rowdy had some expectations from the audience. The film deals with a rowdy boy helping a girl and his family to take revenge on the most violent man of the city. Sundeep Kishan was perfectly fit to the role showing the mass image hidden within. Rajendra Prasad and Bobby Simha led the film with their performances. The film provided some laughs to entertain the audience. The film is watchable for Rajendra Prasad.
Seetimaarr
After getting postponed for multiple times, Seetimaarr got finally released on the auspicious Ganesh festival. The film revolves around the sport of Kabaddi. How the coach of a female kabaddi team saves his players from unexpected hurdles is the rest of the story. Production values were the main asset of the film. Action sequences were the highlight of the film. The film was packed full of mass elements. The film was a perfect mass masala movie for the audience.
Love Story
The most discussed film of 2021 was Love Story. The director Sekhar Kammula, pairing up with Naga Chaitanya for the first time, repeating Sai Pallavi for the second time and presenting some feel good love bytes in the trailer all together got the hype for the film around in the tollywood. The film shows a simple and honest love story between two career aspirants. The film touches on the issues of insecurity of the woman and community differences in the society, which are the highlights of the film. The film was completely a top notch show from the lead actors. Naga Chaitanya gave his career best performance. Sai Pallavi totally excelled in her role. With an opportunity of getting a female driven story. She took the charge of leading the film. The music director Pawan is the main pillar of the film. The film is a sensible romantic ride and is a soulful experience to the audience.
