Dhanush is an actor who has transcended the linguistic barriers and had success in Bollywood also with Raanjhanaa (2013.) Director Sekhar Kammula is known for his slice of life movies and the raw emotions he displays on the big screen.

In a surprise announcement, the makers have revealed that their next project will see the sensational director Sekhar Kammula collaborate with the extremely talented South Indian actor, Dhanush. The fans across the southern film industries are elated after this news broke out and the anticipation is sky high. Check out the announcement below:

This movie will be Dhanush’s first movie directly in Telugu and Sekhar Kammula’s first movie directly in Tamil. On the other hand, Dhanush’s much anticipated gangster movie Jagame Thandhiram directed by Karthik Subbaraj is releasing today on the OTT platform Netflix. Dhanush is also filming for the Hollywood film The Gray Man alongside Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling. The Russo Brothers of Avengers Endgame (2019) fame are directing this. Sekhar Kammula is awaiting the release of his film Love Story which stars Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles. Love Story is produced by Suniel Narang, Narayandas Narang and P. Ram Mohan Rao under the banner of Asian Cinemas and Amigos Creations respectively, in association with Sree Venkateswara Cinemas. Love Story will be released in Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
