There are very few directors who mesmerize the audience with their knack of inducing comedy and sarcasm in a commercial storyline, one such Telugu director is Sreenu Vaitla. His impeccable humour in Dhee (2007,) Dubai Seenu (2007,) Ready (2008) and King (2008) are still the most loved films. After receiving mixed reviews for Amar Akbar Anthony (2018,) Sreenu Vaitla is coming back with a new movie titled D&D Double Dose. Vishnu Manchu and Sreenu Vaitla who scored a blockbuster hit with Dhee are teaming up once again for this upcoming flick.

Expressing his joy about D&D Double Dose, Sreenu Vaitla shared interesting details about the film with a poster. He confirmed D&D Double Dose is not a sequel to Dhee, but will share a connection with it. Sreenu Vaitla wrote “ D&D , Double doze is not a sequel to #Dhee but will have a rooted connection. Manchu Vishnu’s latest film Mosagallu (2021) received mixed reviews from the audience. The duo Vishnu and Sreenu Vaitla are once again set to recreate the magic with D&D Double Dose. The film is bankrolled by Vishnu Manchu under the banners of 24 Frames Factory and Avaram Bhaktha Manchu. Mahati Swara Sagar is the music composer for D&D Double Dose.
