Besides being a great actor and comedian, Vivek was an environmentalist, who launched Green Kalam, under the guidance of the former President A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, which achieved its mission of planting a billion trees all over the state of Tamil Nadu.
A few days ago, Vivek took the vaccine for the Coronavirus and also advocated for people to get vaccinated. The actor chose to be vaccinated in a government hospital instead of a private one to spread awareness regarding the vaccine. Vivek was a humanitarian, environmentalist, actor, comedian and a good human being, he will be surely missed.
