Thimmarusu will be helmed by the Kiraak Party director Sharan Koppisetty. The film stars Priyanka Jawalkar as the leading lady. The film is bankrolled by Mahesh S. Koneru and Srujan Yarabolu under East Coast Productions and S Originals banners, respectively. Thimmarusu is slated to release in theatres on May 21st, 2021.
