Gaali Sampath is the upcoming Telugu film, featuring Veteran actor Rajendra Prasad and Sree Vishnu, in the lead roles. This slice of life- comedy entertainer, is helmed by Anish Krishna. The film is presented by Anil Ravipudi, who is also into direction supervision. With the recent release of the trailer, Gaali Sampath created a good buzz among the audience.
As Gaali Sampath is gearing up for the big release on March 11, on Maha Shivaratri, the makers are leaving no stone unturned to promote the movie and increase curiosity levels. On Sunday, the grand pre release of Gaali Sampath took place in Hyderabad with a star studded cast and the Energetic Star Ram Pothineni as the Chief Guest. During the event, lead actors Rajendra Prasad and Sree Vishnu, spoke their hearts out about the movie.
Sree Vishnu began the speech by heaping praises on the chief guest Ram Pothineni. Vishnu said in the speech, “Gaali Sampath is a journey of wonder and as soon as I heard that Rajendra Prasad is the co star, I took this opportunity to apologise. When I was a kid, I went to his film set, sat on his lap and asked who was the hero of that film. At the beginning of the virus, we were all scared to begin shooting for Gaali Sampath but Rajendra Prasad didn’t think twice, even though he is a senior actor. I have got the best acting training by working next to Rajendra Prasad. The climax of the film will be mind blowing as the acting will be top notch. Gaali Sampath will make you carry the emotions and smile even after you leave the theatres (sic.)”
During the event, Rajendra Prasad also spoke and said, “The story of Gaali Sampath and my character will be remembered forever. First, when I heard the story, I was scared to perform, as my character does not talk but the story of Gaali Sampath is a total winner. I loved the company of Sree Vishnu and Lovely Singh throughout the film. If you watch the climax and say we acted, I will shave my moustache, as Sree Vishnu and I lived the climax scene. In today’s world where human relations are decreasing and viruses are increasing, cinema is the only entertainment and to be part of such a world, I feel blessed and honoured (sic.)”
Gaali Sampath is touted to be an emotional comedy entertainer in which veteran actor Rajendra Prasad plays the father role and Sree Vishnu essays his son role. The story revolves around Gaali Sampath’s (Rajendra Prasad) aspiration to become a theatre artist, despite having a stutter. Produced by Imagespark Entertainment and Shine Screens, Gaali Sampath features Lovely Singh, Tanikella Bharani, Satya, Raghu Babu, Karate Kalyani, Anish Kuruvilla, Srikanth Iyengar in supporting roles.
