Aakashavaani is an upcoming movie being directed by Ashwin Gangaraju who is making his debut. Ashwin is a pass out from the Ramanaidu film school and he has chosen newcomers for his cast for Aakashavaani. The movie is shot in the picturesque location of Paderu which is dotted with coffee, tea and pepper plantations.
A teaser for Aakashavaani was released online and it caught the attention of some of the big names in Tollywood, like Rajamouli and Manchu Manoj. The teaser begins with a glimpse into the life of a tribal hamlet atop a hill in Paderu. As the teaser progresses, a few shots of different tribals looking at something with shock is shown. This creates a sense of mystery amongst the viewers. Finally the teaser ends with Chandram Master (Samuthirakani) remarking there is something wrong going on in the hamlet. Another aspect of the teaser which is attracting a lot of praise is the background music which is composed by Kaala Bhairava. Check out the intriguing teaser for Aakashavaani below.

Aakashavaani was earlier produced by S.S. Karthikeya who is the son of acclaimed director S.S. Rajamouli. However, Karthikeya backed out citing creative differences and to devote more time to his personal project. While the shooting and the post production formalities have already been wrapped up, the film is expected to hit the theaters soon. Sreekar Prasad is the editor for Aakashavaani while Sai Madhav Burra has penned the dialogues. Kaala Bhaairava has composed the music for Aakashavaani.
