Here are reasons this Nandita Swetha Akshara starrer is a must watch

1) Nandita Swetha

Nandita Swetha has a reputation for not shying away from roles which involve heavy action.  Nandita also loves to put herself in roles which highlight various social evils and social stigma issues which often are not spoken aloud in public.  Nandita Swetha will be seen as a school teacher in Akshara, who goes against a corporate nexus all the while battling toxic masculinity in her life.

2) B. Chinni Krishna

3) Plot

Akshara deals with the flawed education system in India considering schools focus more on rote mugging up of syllabus rather than employing well established teaching practices which focus on organic learning.  Students often complain of depression induced by fear of failure and the constant need to top their class in schools.  This is a vicious cycle which often leads to student suicides in India and this is the social evil which Akshara aims to address.
