Rana Daggubati established himself as a pan Indian actor, appearing in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi films and not type casting himself to a single role. Rana will be seen next in the multilingual film titled Aranya in Telugu, Kaadan in Tamil and Haathi Mere Saathi, in Hindi. As the film is gearing up for the big release in March, the team began the dubbing process.
Rana Daggubati shared a BTS video from the dubbing studio, where he can be seen dubbing his lines with so much power and intensity. Sharing the video on social media, Rana wrote, “Dubbing sessions for #Aranya / #HaathiMereSaathi / #Kaadan. Telugu Tamil Hindi dubbed and shot in 3 languages for the first time!! See you in cinemas (sic.)”

Aranya is directed by Prabu Solomon and features Rana Daggubati as Bandev, a protector of forests, taking on a corporate entity, encroaching on forest lands inhabited by a herd of elephants. Aranya also features Shriya Pilgaonkar, Zoya Hussain, Vishnu Vishal and Raghu Babuwho in supporting roles. The music is composed by Shantanu Moitra and the lyrics for the Telugu version are written by Vanamaali. Aranya is produced and distributed by Eros International.
Aranya was supposed to be released in movie theatres on April 2, 2020, but was postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Aranya is slated to be released in theatres on March 26th, 2021.
