Dr. Rajasekhar, who battled with COVID-19 and came out strong, is back to work with his upcoming Telugu film, Shekar. Today, on February 4, as Rajasekhar is celebrating his 59th birthday, the title poster of his next was released on social media platforms.
On the occasion of his birthday, Rajasekhar announced the title of his 91st film along with a poster. The film is titled Shekar and Rajasekhar can be seen donning a ferocious look with wrinkles and a rugged white beard in the poster. Sharing the announcement on social media, Rajasekhar wrote, “Thanking you all from the bottom of my heart! Here is #Shekar (sic.)”

Rajasekhar had a rough 2020 year as he tested positive for COVID-19 and battled hard with it in the hospital for many days. As the actor recovered from the virus, he is back to work with Shekar and fans of the actor are elated with this announcement.

Shekar is directed by Lalith Kumar, who has earlier worked with Directors Krish and Krishna Vamsi as the Chief Associate Director. The film is produced on the banner of Lakshya Productions and Pegasus Cine Corp. Anup Rubens is scoring the music. The regular shoot of the film will start from the 3rd week of February.
