Virata Parvam is an upcoming intense action-love story starring Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi in lead roles. The film has been in the prime focus ever since the posters of the actors have been released. After a hiatus of eight months, the team of Virata Parvam is back on sets. Recently, lead actor Rana Daggubati shared a back to action picture from the shoot location. Now, the director revealed that only 10 days of shooting is left for Virata Parvam to wrap up.
Directed by Venu Udugula, the film will revolve around the Naxal movement that happened in Telangana in the 90s. In an interview, the director shared his idea behind making the film. He said, “I am someone who grew up in Warangal and closely watched quite a few movements that took place in the region since my childhood. Virata Parvam is one such movie that tells the story of people who fight for what was right. Since my childhood, I had so many questions and making this film will help me find the answers. The movie reflects the environment that I grew up in. I am all excited to show this film to the audience but then the lockdown happened. Along with the protagonist Rana Daggubati, Sai Pallavi and Priyamani’s roles are going to be thought-provoking as well. There is a 10-day shoot schedule remaining now (sic.)”
