Rajasekhar’s whole family tested positive for Coronavirus, including his wife Jeevitha and two daughters Shivani and Shivathmika. While they all have recovered from the virus, Rajasekhar was undergoing treatment at the hospital. There was also a minor complication but the hospital gave out constant updates saying Rajasekhar is well on the road to recovery.
Rajashekar’s condition ran into a minor complication but the actor has since then recovered and is on the road to recovery. Speaking about his experience with COVID-19, Rajashekar said he developed almost all of the symptoms for COVID-19 including loss of taste and smell. Rajashekar said he was admitted to the intensive care unit due to heavy breathlessness and that he had also lost 10 kilos because he could not eat properly. Furthermore, Rajashekar said it was then that realised the severity of the infection and asked his wife and children to take care of themselves. This led to a little panic in his family but since his recovery everything has returned to normal. Rajashekar said he recovered due to the prayers and well wishes from his family and fans.

Megastar Chiranjeevi had sent his heartfelt wishes for a speedy recovery for Rajasekhar when his daughter Shivathmika asked everyone to pray for her father. On the work front, Rajasekhar was last seen in 2019 action-thriller Kalki. Directed by Prashanth Varma, the movie also starred Rahul Ramakrishna, Adah Sharma, Nandita Swetha and Pujita Ponnada.
