Sujeeth started his directorial career at a very young age of 23, with the romantic-comedy thriller Run Raja Run in 2014, which was received well by the audience. The other directorial big shot film that bought him huge fame was Rebel Star Prabhas’ Saaho. The film was the biggest blockbuster of 2019 and now all eyes are on the director’s next. While the director is yet to announce his next, there were several rumours about remaking Prabhas starrer Chatrapathi.
Recently, there were rumours that Sujeeth will be directing the Hindi remake of the superhit Telugu film of Prabhas Chatrapathi starring Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas. However, looks like it is one big fat rumour as Sujeeth has the perfect response for that. He shared a silhouette picture of himself on Instagram and wrote, “Ae remake uu cheyatledu!!(sic) (Not directing any remakes).” Reportedly, the director doesn’t want to do any remakes and wants to pen his own script.

While he is yet to announce his next, Sujeeth was initially all set to direct the Telugu remake of Lucifer with Chiranjeevi. However, Sujeeth has been replaced with V.V Vinayak to direct the Lucifer remake. Chiranjeevi revealed the reason why Sujeeth left the project in his latest interview and said Sujeeth came up to him amid the latter’s marriage proceedings and requested to excuse himself from the film as he was unable to concentrate on the script and pre-production works.
Meanwhile, in August, Sujeeth tied the knot during the lockdown with Pravallika at a private and intimate ceremony which took place at the Golkonda Resorts, Hyderabad. The pictures of the couple went viral on social media.
