With theatres being shut down for months and OTT platforms becoming the new way of cinema, audiences and celebs are regularly watching movies and reviewing them. The latest OTT film, which is Suriya starrer Aaakasam Nee Haddura is grabbing all the attention. Recently, Vijay Deverakonda also watched the film directed by Sudha Kongara and was impressed with her directorial and narrative skills.
Vijay Deverakonda took to Twitter and expressed his admiration for Aaakasam Nee Haddura director Sudha Kongara and also professed his wish to work with her one day. He even heaped praises for lead actors Suriya and Aparna along with other supporting casts. He wrote in the tweet, “@Sudhakongara_of- I will work with you soon 🙂 This is me professing my admiration for you as a director”(sic).

On the work front, Vijay Deverakonda is currently working on the pan Indian film Fighter, directed by Puri Jagannadh. Bollywood diva Ananya Pandey is the leading lady. Karan Johar is co-producing under Dharma Productions along with Puri Jagannadh’s Puri Connects. Last month, the actor has also announced his next Telugu movie with director Sukumar. However, Vijay has not yet resumed the shoot of his upcoming films but is very excited to get back to sets. He recently said, “This year has taken a huge toll on everyone. So much time and money went in vain and I cannot wait to get back on sets and do some exciting projects. Initially, it felt good to be at home but I never imagined that this stretch would last for seven months. I cannot wait to jump back to work (sic.)”
