In her latest post on Instagram, Shruti Haasan shared a series of photos in which she cuddled up with a cute stray dog and also gave him a name. She christened the pup as Rupert and wrote the caption “Be still my heart. I think I’ll call him Rupert.” This picture is winning hearts on the internet.

After Shruti wrapped up her Telugu projects, she jetted off back to Chennai on Wednesday to join the sets of her upcoming Tamil film Laabam starring Vijay Sethupathi as the protagonist.

Shruti Haasan will be next seen opposite Ravi Teja in the upcoming Telugu film Krack, directed by Gopichand Malineni. The film is produced by B. Madhu under his production company Saraswathi Films Division while S.S.Thaman is the music composer. Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Samuthirakani Ali, Chiraj Jani, and Vamsi Chaganti will appear in pivotal roles in the film. Krack has recently wrapped up the entire shoot and is all set to hit the big screens. The makers of the film have officially announced that Krack will only release in movie theatres during Sankranti 2021. However, The makers are yet to lock the release date of the film.
