Amazon Prime Video is emerging as the prime contender for the top stop in the battle for the best online streaming platforms. During the festive season of Diwali, Amazon Prime Video has released quite a few movies and will continue to do so for the whole of November. Movies like Gatham and Aakasam Nee Haddura, which have already been released have received quite a lot of attention and coverage on social media.

1) Gatham:
Gatham is a Telugu thriller which features Bhargava Poludasu, Rakesh Galebhe and Poojitha Kuraparthi in lead roles. Gatham is written and directed by Kiran Kondamadugula. What is so special about this movie is that it is made by Indian IT professionals who stay in the United States of America and is also entirely shot in the USA. The movie which released on Amazon Prime Video is already garnering a lot of positive talk for the kind of cinematography, music and the thrilling twists the makers have employed. 2) Aakasam Nee Haddura
This movie has Suriya in the lead role and tells the story of Captain Gopinath, the man who founded the low cost airlines Air Deccan and made air travel affordable for the common man in India. Suriya has delivered one of his best performances in his career so far along with Aparna Balu. There are many scenes which will tug at your heartstrings and director Sudha Kongara has managed to tell a powerful story of how perseverance and determination will win in the end.

3) Nishabdham
Anushka Shetty and Madhavan, both of whom are top tier actors, team up for the first time in this thriller. Anushka once again pushed the boundaries of acting in Nishabdham where she plays the role of a mute artist and even learnt sign language to lend authenticity for her role. Nishabdham also has some strong performances by Micheal Madsen, Subbaraju and Shalini Pandey.
4) V
Nani and Sudheer Babu team up in this action packed movie which has Sudheer Babu as a cop trying to chase the antagonist, Nani. Nani has delivered an exceptional performance as the antagonist, a role which he is playing for the first time in his career along with Sudheer Babu. V has excellent cinematography and coupled with the acting performances of the main cast, it makes for an engaging watch.
